Terms of use

These terms are between you and MoonFellow IT Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”), the maker of LeadRally.

The trial

You may use LeadRally free for 14 days on one computer. A trial is given once per computer; reinstalling or clearing the app’s data does not start a new one. Your own data stays on your computer when a trial ends, and a licence picks up where you left off.

The licence

A licence lets one business use LeadRally on one computer at a time, for as long as the licence states. You may move it to another computer by releasing it on the first. LeadRally is licensed to you, not sold; we and our licensors keep all rights in it.

What you may not do

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

• copy, resell, rent out, sub-license, lend or redistribute LeadRally or any part of it;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to derive its source code, except to the narrow extent the law expressly allows despite this term;
• modify, translate or make derivative works of it, or remove or alter any notice, mark or identifier in it;
• bypass, disable or interfere with its licence check, trial limit, or any security or technical protection in it;
• use it to build a competing product, or have it reviewed for that purpose.

These limits are a condition of the licence. If you break them the licence ends at once, and we may pursue any remedy the law allows. Nothing here removes a right you have under the law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Your accounts and costs

LeadRally works with third-party services on accounts you own. You are responsible for those accounts, their terms and their charges.

Acceptable use

• Use LeadRally to contact businesses that could reasonably want what you sell.
• Follow the law on commercial email and personal data that applies to you, including honouring unsubscribe requests.
• Follow the rules of the email services you send through.
• Do not use LeadRally to send spam, mislead anyone, or contact people who asked not to be contacted.

We may suspend a licence that is used against these rules.

What LeadRally does and does not promise

LeadRally prepares sales work for a person to review and send. It does not guarantee any number of replies, meetings or sales. AI can make mistakes: read every message before you send it.

Support and updates

A licence includes 1 year of support and updates from the date of purchase. Further support and updates after that are covered by the yearly warranty plan, bought separately; the app keeps working on the version you have without it.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for your licence. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, your data, or emails you chose to send.
